Melrose is our full-service flagship. It's the only location offering dry eye therapy, aesthetic treatments and wellness alongside eye care — our Pasadena and Wynwood studios are eye care only.
Eye exams and contact lenses
A comprehensive exam covers vision and refraction, eye pressure, front-of-eye health and a look at the retina and optic nerve. Plan about 45 minutes. We fit contact lenses including colored lenses, and because we're inside Hapa Kristin, most colored contact prescriptions can be taken home the same day after a proper fitting.
Dry eye therapy
If your eyes burn, water, blur through the afternoon or can't tolerate contacts, dry eye is usually a gland problem rather than a tear problem. We image the meibomian glands and tear film, then build a plan that may include IPL (intense pulsed light), thermal gland expression, prescription therapy and at-home care. Dry eye services are offered at Melrose only.
Med spa and aesthetics
Dermal fillers, neuromodulators, RF microneedling, RF skin tightening, IPL photofacials, laser hair removal and skin boosters. Injectable treatments are performed by Jenny Lee, DNP, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner and aesthetic injector. Every aesthetic treatment starts with a consultation, and many patients are treated at the same visit.
Wellness
IV and IM therapy and peptide therapy, available at Melrose.
Getting here
We're on Melrose Ave near Laurel Ave in West Hollywood, with street parking along Melrose and the side streets. We see patients from West Hollywood, Beverly Grove, Fairfax, Hancock Park, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Los Feliz and Silver Lake.
Payment
HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible eye care and dry eye services, and Cherry financing is available for aesthetic treatments. Vision insurance coverage varies by plan — call us and we'll check your benefits before your visit.
