With over 15 years in clinical practice and leadership roles in forward-thinking health startups, Dr. Le is redefining how patients experience wellness and beauty—beginning with the eyes and extending to the skin.

With over 10 years in nursing and 5 years devoted to aesthetics, Nancy brings both clinical expertise and a genuine passion for skin health to every client she sees. She believes in enhancing natural beauty, not changing it. She loves creating customized skincare plans that help each person achieve glowing, healthy skin. Known for her honest approach and eye for detail, Nancy is dedicated to helping clients feel confident in their own skin.

Dr. Mina Ayad, MD, is a board-certified physician with advanced expertise in internal medicine and gastroenterology, specializing in gut health and microbiome optimization, hormone replacement therapy, peptide-based therapeutics, metabolic health, weight optimization, and precision nutrition.
Dr. Ayad’s medical philosophy is rooted in proactive, data-driven, patient-centered care, combining cutting-edge science with personalized treatment strategies to optimize performance, longevity, and overall well-being. His approach goes beyond symptom management; focusing on root-cause medicine, biologic optimization, and sustainable health outcomes.

Erika Kamish, PA-C

Erika is passionate about helping her patients achieve their inner and outer beauty goals. She believes every face is unique, and delivers custom treatments to each client.
LEBAE was conceived while Erika pursued her passion for medical aesthetics. She noticed a demand for a more accessible method for clients to achieve their aesthetic needs. Her mission is to make aesthetic medicine easy and accessible for everyone.
Erika is a nationally board-certified physician assistant and is licensed by the California Physician Assistant Committee. She received her bachelor’s degree at Yeshiva University in NYC before attending Western University of Health Sciences’ physician assistant program. After graduating, Erika practiced in an Urgent Care as well as Dermatology with a focus in Aesthetic Medicine.

Neal Kumar, MD
Aesthetic Partner
Dr. Neal Kumar is a co-founder and Medical Director of Lebae. He received his combined MD/MBA degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. He then completed his Dermatology Residency training at Rush University in Chicago. Dr. Kumar served as chief resident during his last year of training.
Dr. Kumar is Board Certified in Dermatology, holds an MBA in health management, and has several articles published in peer-reviewed medical journals.
He specializes in medical dermatology, cosmetics, skin cancer, Botox, fillers, anti-aging and exosome therapy.
