Position Overview
We’re looking for a Licensed Optician who can deliver both clinical precision and a luxury client experience.
This role combines optical expertise, patient education, and front-of-house leadership, helping patients look and feel their best through perfectly fit lenses, personalized styling, and seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities
Style and fit patients with contact lenses and optical eyewear
Perform optical measurements, adjustments, and repairs
Support pre-testing and imaging for exams and dry-eye procedures (training provided)
Educate patients on lens technology, coatings, and care routines
Guide clients through memberships, product recommendations, and treatment packages
Maintain retail displays and ensure a visually polished environment
Process insurance claims and manage EMR documentation
Collaborate closely with optometrists and aesthetic staff for full-circle care
Qualifications
Active California Optician License (ABO/NCLE preferred)
Previous experience in optical or medical aesthetics preferred
Strong communication and styling ability
Passion for beauty, wellness, and innovation in eye care
Availability on weekends
