Yes — HSA and FSA cards can be used for dry eye evaluations and treatments, as well as for eligible medical eye care services.

Yes. We accept VSP for vision insurance and United Healthcare for medical insurance, which can be applied toward Dry Eye Exams.
If your insurance is not listed we can give you an itemized receipt to submit for Out of Network Reimbursement

We welcome walk-ins when available, though appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred time.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Yes. Even if you have perfect vision, you must have a valid contact lens prescription to purchase and wear contact lenses — including cosmetic or colored lenses.

Not necessarily. Contact lens prescriptions are brand-specific, so your prescription must list Hapa Kristin as the approved brand. If it doesn’t, we can perform a fitting to ensure the lenses are safe and comfortable for your eyes.

No problem! We’ll train you during your fitting appointment. You’ll learn how to safely insert, remove, and care for your lenses.

Yes — we offer same-day spherical colored contact lens fittings for Hapa Kristin lenses, depending on availability.

Currently, Hapa Kristin lenses are available from 0.00 to –8.00.

Not yet — but toric lenses for astigmatism are expected to launch in the next few months.

Please bring a valid, unexpired glasses or contact lens prescription.
If you do not wear either, you’ll need to show proof of an ocular wellness exam within the past year.
If you haven’t had one, we’re happy to perform a full ocular health exam before issuing your contact lens prescription.

An in-depth analysis designed to find the root cause of your dryness or irritation.
Includes imaging of the meibomian glands (oil glands in the eyelids) and personalized treatment recommendations based on your tear quality, gland structure, and symptoms. -
Luvo Darwin’s IPL reduces inflammation and improves oil gland function, while RF (radiofrequency) gently heats the glands to release blockages and stimulate collagen for a smoother, healthier eye area.

No. IPL may not be suitable for all skin tones, medications, or medical conditions. Your provider will review your history and perform a test spot to ensure safety before treatment.
