Dr. Lilan Le is an optometrist, entrepreneur, and visionary leader with over 15 years in the eye-care industry. She has helped pioneer innovative health-care concepts—contributing to the early growth of Heywear, a trailblazer in eye care to eyewear, and launching the first same-day colored-contact-lens experience in the United States with Hapa Kristin.

With SKeye, Dr. Le is taking that experience even further.
SKeye is built around the belief that patient experience should come first—making eye care, dry-eye therapy, and aesthetic services accessible and convenient in one modern, thoughtfully designed practice.

By blending advanced clinical care with technology and beauty-driven innovation, SKeye creates a seamless journey that helps every patient see and feel their best.

Beyond her work as a clinician and brand builder, Dr. Le is committed to giving back. She founded Rain Haus, a philanthropic collective dedicated to amplifying under-represented voices and supporting communities in need, and has spoken on healthcare access and innovation at events including Plate by Plate.

Dr. Le holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and a Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences, a foundation that shaped her patient-centered, innovation-driven approach.
